A video dating back to the Greenland expedition in 2010. Following local advice, we would sail shelterd from the coast of Iceland in the predicted gale when going from Vestmannaeyjar to Höfn. Excellent plan, but less so, when the wind changed direction from the predicted Northern direction to a head on Eastern direction. It was a strenious last 30 nautical miles, with a 1.5 knots average against the weather. Not so comfortable at time, but nevertheless a pleasant memory a few years later.
